Text
Notwithstanding any other law, a local unit
of government (as defined in IC 14-22-31.5-1) may not by ordinance
or resolution require any licensure, certification, or inspection of foods
or food products of a home based vendor or an individual vendor who
prepares and sells food products under this chapter.
