5. A food establishment must do the following:
(1)Provide the name and copies of the certificate and photo
identification card for the certified food protection manager to an
inspector from a governmental regulatory authority.
(2)Remove the certificate from the food establishment when the
certified food protection manager terminates employment with the
food establishment.
