§ 16-42-5-9 — Walls and ceilings; construction; washing

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 5 Food: Sanitary Requirements for Food Establishments
(a)The sidewalls, woodwork, and ceiling of a food establishment must be made of an impervious material with a finish that is washable.
(b)The sidewalls, woodwork, and ceiling must be kept washed clean with detergent and water. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-20-11.]
