§ 16-42-5-9 — Walls and ceilings; construction; washing

(a)The sidewalls, woodwork, and ceiling of a
food establishment must be made of an impervious material with a
finish that is washable.
(b)The sidewalls, woodwork, and ceiling must be kept washed
clean with detergent and water.
