§ 16-42-5-6 — Conditions of health and comfort

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 5 Food: Sanitary Requirements for Food Establishments

A food establishment must meet the following conditions:

(1)Be adequately lighted, heated, drained, and ventilated.
(2)Be supplied with uncontaminated running water.
