Text

(a)A person who refuses to comply with a lawful order or requirement of the state health commissioner made in writing as provided in this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.
(b)Each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating unsanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate the conditions as ordered by the state health commissioner constitutes a separate offense. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-20-25.]
