§ 16-42-5-21 — Washing; employees

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 5 Food: Sanitary Requirements for Food Establishments
A person who works in a food establishment shall wash the person's hands and arms thoroughly with soap and clean water before beginning work, before resuming work after a rest period, and before resuming work after visiting a toilet room. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-20-23.]
