3. As used in this chapter, "food handling machinery" means any of the following used for and in food handling:
(1)Equipment.
(2)Appliances.
(3)Tools.
(4)Plumbing and related fixtures.
(5)Refrigeration devices.
(6)Heating, ventilation, and cooling equipment.
(7)Any other piece of equipment used for and in food handling.
