§ 16-42-24-9 — Manufacture, sale, distribution, or prescription not required
(a)This chapter does not require a:
(1)physician;
(2)pharmacist;
(3)pharmacy;
(4)manufacturer; or
(5)distributor;
to manufacture, sell, or distribute chymopapain.
(b)This chapter does not require a physician to prescribe
chymopapain for a patient.
