Text
If the practitioner communicates instructions to the pharmacist orally or electronically, the pharmacist shall:
(1)indicate the instructions in the pharmacist's own handwriting
on the written copy of the prescription order; or
(2)record the electronically transmitted instructions in an
electronic format.
