§ 16-42-2-9 — Chapter violations; offenses
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 2 Uniform Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act: Adulteration or
(a)Except as otherwise provided, a person who
recklessly violates or fails to comply with this chapter commits a Class
B misdemeanor.
(b)Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
