§ 16-42-19-26 — Pleading
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 19 Drugs: Indiana Legend Drug Act
In:
(1)any complaint, information, affidavit, or indictment; and
(2)any action or proceeding brought for the enforcement of any
provision of this chapter;
it is not necessary to negate an exception, excuse, proviso, or
exemption contained in this chapter. The burden of proof of such an
exception, excuse, proviso, or exemption is upon the defendant.
