§ 16-42-19-12 — Refilling prescription or drug order
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 19 Drugs: Indiana Legend Drug Act
Except as authorized under IC 25-26-13-25(d), a person may not refill a prescription or drug order for
a legend drug except in the manner designated on the prescription or
drug order or by the authorization of the practitioner.
