§ 16-42-18-5 — Rules

The state department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter. The rules adopted under this section may do the following:

(1)Require documentation on the transportation of food in Indiana that would disclose violations of section 3 of this chapter.

(2)Establish procedures for the proper sanitizing of trucks for the purposes of this chapter. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-28-13.5(g).]
