§ 16-42-18-5 — Rules
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 18 Food: Transportation of Food in Trucks Used to
The state department may adopt rules under IC 4-22-2 to implement this chapter. The rules adopted under this section may do the following:
(1)Require documentation on the transportation of food in
Indiana that would disclose violations of section 3 of this chapter.
(2)Establish procedures for the proper sanitizing of trucks for the
purposes of this chapter.
