Text

A truck that is used to transport a quantity of more than four thousand (4,000) pounds of solid waste to a landfill, an incinerator, or a transfer station may be used to transport food less than fifteen (15) days after transporting the solid waste if the truck, after transporting the solid waste, has been properly sanitized according to rules adopted under section 5 of this chapter.
