Text
Except as provided in section 4 of this chapter, a truck that is used to transport a quantity of more than four thousand (4,000) pounds of solid waste to a landfill, an incinerator, or a transfer station may not be used to transport food until at least fifteen
(15)days after transporting the solid waste.
