Text

(a)The Indiana board of pharmacy and the state department may not prohibit the manufacture, distribution, sale, or use of sodium saccharin, N.F. within Indiana, either as a component of any other substance produced within Indiana or as a separate product.
(b)The state department may regulate the manufacture, distribution, sale, or use of sodium saccharin, N.F. only to ensure that the substance is not adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of IC 16-42-2 and IC 16-42-3. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-8-9-2.]
