Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 17 Food: Regulation of Sodium Saccharin, N.F.
Notwithstanding any rule or regulation
adopted by the federal Food and Drug Administration concerning
sodium saccharin, N.F., the chemical substance sodium saccharin, N.F.
may be manufactured, distributed, sold, and used within Indiana.
