§ 16-42-11-8 — Farmers' and egg producers' exemption
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 11 Food: Eggs Offered for Sale and State Egg Board
Farmers and other bona fide egg producers
who sell and deliver, on the premises where produced, eggs produced
by their own flocks on their own premises are exempt from this
chapter.
