§ 16-42-11-6 — Substandard eggs; prohibited sale
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 11 Food: Eggs Offered for Sale and State Egg Board
A person may not sell, offer for sale, or
advertise for sale at retail or wholesale eggs that do not meet the
standards of quality and weight set forth by the state egg board.
