§ 16-42-1-33 — Minor violations
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 1 Uniform Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act: General
IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4 does not
require the state health commissioner or the commissioner's authorized
agent to report, for the institution of proceedings under those
provisions, minor violations of those provisions whenever the state
health commissioner or the commissioner's legally authorized agent
believes that the public interest will be adequately served in the
circumstances by a suitable written notice or warning.
