§ 16-42-1-25 — Judgment for costs

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 1 Uniform Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act: General
(a)A personal judgment may not be given against a defendant, except as provided in subsection (b).
(b)When merchandise is ordered destroyed, the court may give judgment against the defendant for that part of the costs occasioned by the defendant. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-28-29.]
