§ 16-42-1-24 — Judgment

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 42 REGULATION OF FOOD, DRUGS, AND·Ch. 1 Uniform Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act: General
The court or jury trying the cause shall determine and the judgment shall specify whether the contents of each separate lot are adulterated or misbranded. The court shall order the destruction by the appropriate law enforcement agency of all lots found to be adulterated or misbranded and the return by the appropriate law enforcement agency of all lots not found to be adulterated or misbranded.
