Text

The purpose of IC 16-42-1 through IC 16-42-4 being to promote uniformity with the Federal Act, in safeguarding the public health and in promoting public welfare, the state department may adopt, insofar as applicable, the regulations promulgated under the Federal Act and the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act (15 U.S.C. 1451 et seq.).
