§ 16-41-9-8 — Discharge reports; release orders
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 9 Communicable Disease: Imposition of Restrictions on
(a)A local health officer may file a report with
the court that states that an individual with a communicable disease
who has been detained under this article may be discharged without
danger to the health or life of others.
(b)The court may enter an order of release based on information
presented by the local health officer or other sources.
