§ 16-41-7-5 — Violations

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 7 Communicable Disease: Duty or Authority to Inform or
(a)Except as provided in IC 35-45-21-3, a person who recklessly violates or fails to comply with this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor.
(b)Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate offense. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-35-1.]
