§ 16-41-4-2 — Distribution to school children
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 4 Communicable Disease: HIV Literature
The state department may not distribute HIV
literature described in section 1 of this chapter to school children
without the consent of the governing body of the school corporation the
school children attend.
