Indiana Statutes
§ 16-41-39-3 — Local restrictions on transient merchants
Notwithstanding section 1 of this chapter, this
chapter does not prohibit a political subdivision from adopting
limitations on the locations at which a transient merchant licensed
under IC 25-37-1-3 may conduct business within the jurisdiction of the
political subdivision.
