§ 16-41-35-36 — Cooperation of state health department with other entities; acceptance and administration of funds

The state department shall advise, consult, and cooperate with other state agencies, the federal government, other states, interstate agencies, and affected groups, political subdivisions, and industries in furtherance of the purposes of this chapter. The state department may accept and administer grants or other funds or gifts from the federal government and from other sources, public or private, for carrying out functions under this chapter.
