§ 16-41-35-34 — Footwear fitting devices using radiation prohibited
A person may not operate or maintain in
Indiana a fitting device or machine that uses fluoroscopic, x-ray, or
radiation principles for the purpose of fitting or selling footwear
through commercial outlets.
