§ 16-41-34-2 — Education programs

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 34 Pest Control: Specific Provisions for Eradication of Rats

The township trustees and the boards of school trustees of the cities and towns shall make provisions in the public schools under their jurisdiction for the illustrative teaching of the following:

(1)The dissemination of diseases by rats, flies, and mosquitoes.
(2)The effects of the dissemination.
(3)The prevention of diseases by the proper selection and consumption of food. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-1-27-1 part.]
