§ 16-41-32-8 — New
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 32 Regulation of Lodging Facilities and Bedding
As used in this chapter, "new" means an
article of bedding or filling material that has not been previously used
for any purpose. Manufacturing processes may not be considered a
prior use.
