§ 16-41-32-6 — Filling material

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 32 Regulation of Lodging Facilities and Bedding

As used in this chapter, "filling material" means the following:

(1)Hair.
(2)Down.
(3)Feathers.
(4)Wool.
(5)Cotton.
(6)Kapok.
(7)Plant fibers.
(8)Any other soft material used in the manufacture of and the filling or stuffing of articles of bedding. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-9-4-2(b).]
