§ 16-41-32-30 — Violations

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 32 Regulation of Lodging Facilities and Bedding
(a)A person who:
(1)knowingly makes a false statement, misrepresentation, or report to the state department; or
(2)knowingly fails to disclose a material fact to avoid liability under this chapter; commits a Class B misdemeanor.
(b)A person who knowingly violates or fails to comply with this chapter commits a Class B misdemeanor. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 16-9-4-10.]
