§ 16-41-32-3 — Manufacture and renovation of bedding by owners; application of chapter

This chapter does not apply to the making,
remaking, or renovating of any article of bedding by or for the owner,
for the owner's own use, and for the purpose of sale:
(1) if the same or new material is used; or
(2) if sterilized material is used and that fact is indicated on a
label prescribed by the state department.
