§ 16-41-32-13 — Wholesaler
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 32 Regulation of Lodging Facilities and Bedding
(a)As used in this chapter, "wholesaler"
means a person located outside Indiana who, on the person's own
account, sells or distributes an article of bedding or filling material to
another for the purpose of resale.
(b)The term does not include an affiliate or a subsidiary:
(1)if the ownership and name are identical; and
(2)that is the exclusive sales outlet of a manufacturer.
