§ 16-41-32-12 — Supply dealer
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 32 Regulation of Lodging Facilities and Bedding
As used in this chapter, "supply dealer"
means any person manufacturing, processing, or selling at wholesale
any felt batting, pads, or loose material in bags or containers, concealed
or not concealed, to be used in articles of bedding.
