§ 16-41-32-1 — Regulation and inspection
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 32 Regulation of Lodging Facilities and Bedding
The regulation and inspection of the use of
unsanitary material in the manufacture, renovation, or repair of bedding
and the sale of articles of bedding containing unsanitary material is
necessary for the protection of the health and welfare of the people of
Indiana and is declared to be a proper exercise of the police powers of
the state.
