§ 16-41-31-4 — Operator
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 31 Regulation of Lodging Facilities and Bedding
As used in this chapter, "operator" means an
owner or the owner's agent of a bed and breakfast establishment who
resides within the establishment or on contiguous property.
