§ 16-41-29-2 — Inspections and investigations
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 29 Regulation of Lodging Facilities and Bedding
The register, entry book, or card filing system
shall be kept open for inspection and investigation by the state
department, an officer of the state department, or a law enforcement
officer.
