Text

(a)This section applies to an RV campground that is not connected to a public sewer system.
(b)This section applies to an RV campground:
(1)regardless of whether:
(A)all of the RV campsites in the RV campground are independent RV campsites; or
(B)the RV campground includes:
(i)one (1) or more dependent RV campsites; and
(ii)one (1) or more sanitary dumping stations; and
(2)regardless of whether the RV campground is located in a flood plain (as defined in IC 14-8-2-99).
(c)An RV campground may include one (1) or more holding tanks to which wastewater from recreational vehicles is transferred through one (1) or both of the following:
(1)The individual sewer connections of the RV campground's independent RV campsites.
(2)One (1) or more sanitary dumping stations in the RV campgroun
