§ 16-41-27-9 — Mobile home community attendants and caretakers

A mobile home community must be in the
personal charge of an adult attendant or caretaker designated by the
owner or operator of the mobile home community at the times when
mobile homes, manufactured homes, and industrialized residential
structures in the mobile home community are occupied by tenants. The
caretaker present at the time of a violation of this chapter is equally
responsible with the owner or operator of the mobile home community
for a violation of this chapter.
