§ 16-41-27-34 — Unlicensed operation penalty
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 27 Health, Sanitation, and Safety: Mobile Homes
A person who maintains or operates a mobile home community:
(1)without a license; or
(2)after the revocation of a license;
commits a Class B misdemeanor.
