§ 16-41-27-33 — Transfer of licenses
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 27 Health, Sanitation, and Safety: Mobile Homes
A license to engage in the operation of a
mobile home community is transferable only with the consent of the
state department. The state department may, upon application, cancel
a license issued for the operation of a mobile home community and
issue a new license to the transferee for the balance of the license
period.
