5. In addition to any other requirement applicable to a mobile home community under this chapter, an industrialized residential structure may be located in a mobile home community if all of the following conditions are met:

(1)The industrialized residential structure is certified under IC 22-15-4.
(2)The industrialized residential structure is placed on a lot that is not used for a mobile home or manufactured home within the mobile home community.
(3)The industrialized residential structure complies with all requirements related to:
(A)utility line placement;
(B)adequate site drainage;
(C)spacing and setbacks;
(D)minimum recreation area;
(E)water, sewer, or septic service; and
(F)any other similar requirement; to which a mobile home or manufactured home in a mobile home community
