§ 16-41-27-3 — Local board
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 27 Health, Sanitation, and Safety: Mobile Homes
As used in this chapter, "local board" means a local agency of government authorized to enforce the standards of health and sanitation prescribed for:
(1)mobile homes, manufactured homes, and industrialized
residential structures; and
(2)mobile home communities by the state department.
