§ 16-41-27-23 — Mobile home park construction and alteration plan approval
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 27 Health, Sanitation, and Safety: Mobile Homes
The state department or the environmental
commissioner shall, not more than ninety (90) days after filing, approve
plans filed under section 22 of this chapter that comply with this
chapter and rules adopted under this chapter.
