Text
The state department may license a temporary mobile home community for a period of six (6) months and waive the requirements of this chapter if:
(1)the failure to comply with this chapter is:
(A)for a temporary period of time; and
(B)required by public convenience; and
(2)the operation of the mobile home community will not
jeopardize the health and welfare of the occupants of the mobile
home community or the public.
