§ 16-41-27-21 — Temporary license

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 27 Health, Sanitation, and Safety: Mobile Homes

The state department may license a temporary mobile home community for a period of six (6) months and waive the requirements of this chapter if:

(1)the failure to comply with this chapter is:
(A)for a temporary period of time; and
(B)required by public convenience; and
(2)the operation of the mobile home community will not jeopardize the health and welfare of the occupants of the mobile home community or the public. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 13-1-7-25.]
