§ 16-41-27-15 — Streets and parking

Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 27 Health, Sanitation, and Safety: Mobile Homes
Streets must be at least ten (10) feet wide and sufficiently wide to prevent vehicular and pedestrian traffic problems. Adequate area must be provided for the parking of vehicles. All roads in a mobile home community shall be maintained to be dust proof. Each mobile home, manufactured home, and industrialized residential structure in a mobile home community shall have ready and free access to the road in a community.
