§ 16-41-26-12 — Inspections and investigations by designated agents

The state department may designate an agent who may, on presentation of proper credentials, enter on private or public property to inspect for and investigate possible violations of this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter. [Pre-1993 Recodification Citation: 13-1-9-11(a).]
