§ 16-41-24-6 — Enforcement
Indiana·Title 16 HEALTH·Art. 41 PUBLIC HEALTH MEASURES FOR THE·Ch. 24 Health, Sanitation, and Safety: Water Supplies
The state department shall enforce this
chapter and the statutes relating to pollution of waters and public water
supply, except where jurisdiction is vested in the environmental rules
board and the department of environmental management.
